Ryan and Dana are a married couple from Central California. Ryan works for the Department of State hospitals California and Dana is a special education teacher as well as a realtor. RAD Studios was developed out of Ryan's interest of both filming and editing videos. The company has made films for realtors across the central valley and coast. We have also filmed on the east coast in places such as New York City, Brooklyn and Miami. Our main focus is Real Estate marketing videos, although we have also filmed for multi-billion dollar companies. Real Estate Videography

Video’s of your real estate listings can be broken down into video tours, which provides a eye pleasing walk-through tour of the property. Video tours take the potential buyers on a journey through a homes exterior and interior which usually includes feature aerials, commentary, and a music.

RAD Studios is fully certified and registered by the FAA to capture stunning aerial videos and or photos for your next project. We have over 8 years experience safely flying unmanned aircraft all over the world.

Team photos

Ryan did an amazing photo shoot for our high school swim team. He came with creative ideas and a professional team to execute his vision. The athletes and the coach were blown away by the shots he was able to get. The athletes received some of the most amazing shots to document their Senior year and their athletic accomplishments! We look forward to working with him for our next photography needs!

Due to each project being so unique, prices will vary. To give you an accurate estimate please email us with the project description On average for homes up to 3000 sqft, the price will range from 375.00 to 550.00. This will include realtor introduction/closing and a fully edited video of the home and lot. The home will be captured from the ground and air, the length of the film will range from 1 to 3 minutes in length. If we are on site filming a video for your listing, we will also take up to 10 edited drone photos for an extra 50.00. For any corporation videos please reach out for a quote.
